Afternoon Tea has always been much loved by the Royal family so it’s a perfect way to celebrate the day.
Freshly baked and prepared at our shop, they can be collected here at Scóna Saturday 6th May between 9am and 10am in time for the service at Westminster Abbey.

A selection of freshly prepared sandwiches on white floured muffins and and a granary bloomer, including;
Scottish smoked salmon, cream cheese and chives
Coronation chicken
Roast beef, horseradish mayo and watercress
Mature Irish cheddar and Ballymaloe relish
Mini Old English sausage roll
Our vegetarian option includes;
Mature Irish cheddar & Ballymaloe relish
Roasted red peppers, red pepper tapenade, houmous, feta, toasted pine nuts & spinach

A little about our cake choices -
Chocolate Biscuit cake was a favourite of Queen Elizabeth who reportedly had a small slice each day with high tea. Victoria sponge, named after Queen Victoria who was a huge fan of Afternoon Tea. Banana cake, apparently the Nation’s favourite, not so humble with our brown sugar frosting.

Earl Grey scone served with marmalade and clotted cream, from the box, not a handbag…
